Yes, we deliver up to 60 miles from our store location.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons (holidays and graduations). Ideally, bookings should be made at least 6 weeks in advance.

Setup times depend on the number of rentals we have that day. Generally, we deliver rental items the afternoon before your event or the morning of your event. We will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

• Tents and dance floors: Set up either early on the day of your event or the day prior, depending on our delivery schedule. Please refer to the description of each rental item for possible setup times.

• Yard cards: Set up between 8-10am and picked up between 8-10pm on the same day.

We ask that all rental items be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any significant damage or excessive cleaning required may result in an additional fee.

Please refer to your contract for the specific return date and time. Late returns will incur additional fees.

For 15% of your total rental fee, we'll cover any unintentional damage to our equipment during your rental, excluding intentional damage, negligence, or theft.

Unintentional damage does not cover:

• Silly string, gum, paint, markers, or pens

• Cuts, punctures, or slices from sharp objects (e.g. pets, shoes, or other sharp items)

• Damage from fireworks or cigarettes

You are not responsible for normal wear and tear, such as seam tears in high-traffic areas. If this occurs, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue.

However, damage resulting from neglecting safety rules (e.g., failing to turn off the blower in high winds) will make you responsible for repair or replacement costs, which can be substantial (thousands of dollars).

Please note that the damage waiver fee is non-refundable.

We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete.

An additional fee applies for setups on asphalt and concrete surfaces.

Unfortunately, we cannot set up on any rocky surfaces, as the friction can damage the vinyl and make it difficult to secure stakes for tents and inflatables.

Please ensure the setup area is clear of rocks, gravel, branches, pet waste, or any sharp objects before delivery. We are unable to set up if these items are present, and no refund will be given.

We also offer tent packages that include tables and chairs, tailored for each tent size.

Yes, changes can be made to your order, depending on availability. However, refunds cannot be provided if you wish to decrease your rental, as the items have already been reserved.
